Bryan's way of figuring out cheap textbooks

Some quick notes:
  1. Buying - see the list of sites below, check out any local used book store (I like Half Price Books), university coops, PDF distributors out there on the web, etc.
  2. Not buying: friends, family, underground networks, inter-library loans, trading/swapping, borrowing, long-term library rentals, p2p file sharing networks (esp. torrents), wikibooks, opencourseware (finder), search the literature (AutoScholar, etc.), photocopying, gutenberg, etc.
