Already possible with poisons. Some still don't have specific antidotes with 
lethal doses in milligram range. Some are easily adsorbed thru skin so you 
can't run away from the affected zone. Finding out who did it is not easy at 
all and you could complicate it further by using a RC vehicle, helicopter 
etc. All this information is already public.

The only real way to be safe is better medicine, brain backups or anything 
else that decouples your mind from your body.
