Hydrogen shouldn't be scarce. And speaking of water, and hydrogen, a
buddy of mine suggested to me the other day the idea of capturing icy
comets and melting them down into water and then using electrolysis to
separate hydrogen and oxygen. The trick here is capturing the comet. ;)
