I suspect that many of these government (like NIH) auctions are being 
announced in the Federal Register, but I'm not entirely certain. It 
looks like there are many websites that are supposedly providing 
information on gov auctions, but they must be receiving their data from 
somewhere. I'm also subscribed to a few NIH mailing lists. I know 
there's not much in terms of NIH medical centers in my area, but it'd 
be nice to at least keep tabs on the upcoming auctions.
