[Hplusroadmap] Putting the RepRap Myth to rest

Read the comments. It's quite clear that the RepRap Team has lied. Their 
design strategy (hoping that somebody comes along to make it actually 
self-replicate) isn't the best. I think it's time to put the myth to 
rest.
