[Hplusroadmap] Robocup mailing lists

The RoboCup competitions are where autonomous, humanoid robots are 
pitted to the test to play soccer with the expressed goal of beating a 
human soccer team by 2050. 

I went through and found that they operate off of mailing lists, but 
from what I can tell there is not a lot of technical information 
conveyed on the lists, just announcements of new tournaments and 
peculiar registration questions. But if somebody here wants to keep a
