Shiny? Frankly, I'd be satisfied with a strategically located warehouse 
to work out of: a few labs, CNC mills and lathes, maybe a front 
reception office, a server room to host h+ related websites, a small 
humble bed off in a corner somewhere if necessary -- never know who 
might need help in town -- and there's a lot that can be done. Hold 
some weekly or daily lectures for the community. It can be done. But 
just an office for looks, doesn't seem worth it.
