[Hplusroadmap] Roadmap: Cloning

Currently the cloning section (among others) is in need of some work. 
Recent research by Yamanaka and Mitalipov deserves some mention, yes, 
but there are also some older, more important results that need to be 
first mentioned, particularly short bursts of protocols to detail how, 
say, Dolly the sheep was cloned, and then other methods. I suspect that 
the "References Salient to SCNT" citation is useful (but outdated), and 
may serve as a starting point for revising the section in the roadmap.
