I think you're aiming in the right direction and I won't presume to
impose on your evolving vision of the structure of this project.
I do think ownership is key, in terms of maintaining the integrity of
the vision, but in a collaborative project this should be clearly
distinguished from ownership of the contributed intellectual content.
