I am very much for calling it "mine" for the moment, since clearly I am 
the majority contributing author, but as it changes over time I am sure 
that other authors will be added to the list, as well as anybody that 
seems particularly active in pursuing its interests. I am not sure if I 
want to assign it a 'license' of any sort, but if I had to I might have 
to look into the creative commons or the GNU documentation license. I 
am also open to suggestions on this topic.
